1946: Beginnings - The Craftsmanship Business
At the origin of the family business: Camille MILLET.
Trades: Wood joinery, sawmill, carpentry, cabinetry, staircases... in Beaulieu-Sous-Bressuire (79).
1976: Industrialization - Wooden Joinery
Claude MILLET advances manufacturing methods. New production tools propel the company into modernity.
1989: Diversification - PVC Joinery
Launch of PVC joinery activities at the Beaulieu-Sous-Bressuire site.
1999: Prospects - Aluminum Joinery
Launch of aluminum joinery activities.
2000: Consolidation
The MILLET Group acquires two factories in Manche (50).
2006: Growth
Creation of MILLET Océan Indien in Réunion (974) and the MILLET Bâtiment agency (78).
2007: Quality of Life at the Office
Creation of an HQE-type building in Brétignolles (79): Grand Prix for Quality of Life at the Office.
Triple expansion of the aluminum factory in Vihiers (49).
2008: Certification & External Growth
First ISO 14001 certification for a production unit, FSC® and PEFC™ certification for wood control chain, "Agir pour notre avenir" label awarded by Generali.
Acquisition of SORÉMIR (PVC joinery) in Réunion (974).
2009 - 2010: M3D Innovations - Mixed Windows
Launch of the new multi-material joinery concept M3D (aluminum windows and wood-aluminum windows).
BATIMAT DE BRONZE at the 2009 BATIMAT Innovation Awards.
GOLD MEDAL at the 2010 EQUIP'BAIE Performance Contest.
2011: Sustainable Development and Projects
New "Sustainable Development" trophy recognizing our commitment in this area.

Production traceability from A to Z.

2 new commercial brands: SYbaie for craftsman joiners and Milbaie for large DIY stores.
MFT signs a CO2 charter: eco-driving training, limiting engine speed to 85 km/h.
2013: M3D.s Innovations - Wall Sliding Bay with Swing Action
BATIMAT D'OR at the 2013 BATIMAT Innovation Awards for the M3Ds wall sliding bay.
MILLET Ile-de-France sets up in Carrières-sous-Poissy, West of Paris.
New Center Parcs in Loudun is equipped with Sybois accommodation.
2014: Multi-Material Leader
Innovation with the M3D PVC multi-material window: PVC interior / aluminum exterior.
The 200,000 multi-material windows sales milestone is reached.
WINNER of the EQUIP'BAIE 2014 Innovation Contest.
Expansion of the Réunion factory in St-André.
New finished product storage platform at La Faye.
MILLET's own honey: Installation of beehives at La Faye and flowering fields for bees.
2015: New Customer Services
Creation of the SY max door and window configurator, allowing direct quotes and orders.
Development of a new system for changing openings: total removal with a "special renovation" bracket.

2016/2017: 70th Anniversary, Multicoloration, and Communication
70th anniversary of the MILLET Group.
The MULTICOLORATION technique is rolled out across all PVC and WOOD ranges, after ALU.
