ACIBOIS: A recognized artisanal know-how

The MILLET group is in constant evolution, and we continue to enrich our offering with quality products and services, while proudly carrying the banner of French craftsmanship.

In March 2020, we acquired the company ACIBOIS, a historic company specialized in high-end custom wood joinery.

Located in the municipality of Mouen, on the outskirts of Caen in Lower Normandy, it has 91 years of existence at the heart of this region of traditions.

A specialist in its field, high-end joinery, it proudly carries the nickname "tailor of custom joinery."

A story of craftsmanship

Since 1930, ACIBOIS has been designing and manufacturing custom wooden doors, windows, shutters, and gates.

Over the years, it has built a solid reputation and specialized in creating traditional joinery for castles, manors, and Haussmannian buildings in Paris, subject to the architectural rules of the French Buildings and French Heritage.

Thanks to the highly skilled craftsmanship of its joiners, we are able to manufacture and reproduce identical windows, doors, carriage doors, curved joinery, etc.

We can also recover old hardware, cremones, and wrought iron grilles to restore and install them on new joinery. This way, all the charm of the joinery is preserved and maintained.
